How I Learned It:

After years of struggling with my natural hair I finally figured out how to keep it healthy and grow strong and long hair. What many women of color often overlook through their natural hair journeys is that they must have patience to see results. The natural hair journey isn’t easy because it mostly consists of a trial and error process. Watching other naturalistas succeed while struggling with your own hair can be frustrating but the key is not to compare yourself to other women’s journeys’ but to be patient with your own and keep a steady and constant determination that you will find something that works well for you because everyone’s hair is different and unique in their own way.
