How I Learned It:

One of the biggest “ah ha” moments I’ve had is when I realized that I was born with all of the capabilities and tools that I needed to accomplish my unique purpose. Often we look for external approval that we are talented enough, smart enough, attractive enough, etc. to be deserving of the things we desire. We spend so much energy trying to become more of this or that that we miss the opportunity to become more of ourselves. The moment you figure out what it is that you desire (relationally, professionally, creatively, financially…) and why is the moment that you begin to create the life that will fulfill the deepest parts of your soul. So try not to worry so much… you have the ability to create what you want and as a matter of fact, it’s already yours. Your job is to figure out what that is and enjoy the journey and the surprises that life will send your way as you navigate there. You can only mess it up if you make decisions out of the fear that you won’t get it which will cause you to settle or quit too soon. Enjoy the ride and create a beautiful life that you’ll be excited to tell your grandkids about!
